| 职位描述： | 职位描述：
1. 从公司整体出发，制定培训部计划，规范培训流程，根据公司总部以及营运部门店员工需求，设计并执行各项培训课程和工作； 2. 为门店员工设计并开展各项更为有效的培训工作； 3. 设计并规划各项训练中的奖励计划； 4. 对于年度培训计划进行月度的回馈和检讨； 5. 与培训者共同回顾并总结培训效果。 职位要求： 1. 大专或以上学历； 2. 英语听说读写流利； 3. 至少五年相关工作经验，德资公司工作经验优先，熟知食品行业标准； 4. 至少两年领导职位经验，良好的团队合作精神，思路开阔。具备良好的沟通及人际关系处理技巧； 5. 具备独立策划及开展各项课程的能力； 6. 良好的编写以及讲课技巧。 Job descriptions: 1. Set up Training Department; make the Training Strategy for HQ and Operations. Conduct training and developing needs analysis, meet with manager and staff for training and development solutions. 2. Develop, revise/update, deliver and evaluate training and development courses for store staff. 3. Conducting designing and developing templates and promotional material. 4. Meet with course/program participants to review learning progress and course/program effectiveness. 5. Helping to arrange and implement annual training plan in a monthly base. Job Requirement: 1. College or Above 2. Fluent English in written and spoken 3. Relevant experience at least five years, German company experience will be a plus. Familiar with F&B industry. 4. 1 year in training function or 2 years in operation leader function (Deputy store manager or above) in F&B chain business is highly preferred. Good team spirit , open-minded. 5. Capable to develop and launch projects independently. Good communication and interpersonal skills. 6. Good command in written and spoken, good presentation skills. |
