| 职位描述： | 职位描述：
1. 负责收集市场行情，了解竞争对手相关信息 2. 根据公司制定的开店计划及网络规划选址开店 3. 负责公司拓展新门店的选址、开店、筹备等各项工作 4. 负责现有门店的资产管理及维护 5. 协助经理做好本部门内务等工作 6. 与业主建立良好的合作关系 职位要求： 1. 二年以上相关工作经验 2. 大专以上学历 3. 性格开朗，乐于接受挑战， 有活力，能独立工作 4. 了解当地房地产行业的情况并对此充满热情 5. 做到以公司利益为重，遵纪守法 6. 英语能够进行日常工作沟通优先考虑 Job Description: 1. Collect relative information in the market 2. Seeking opportunity in the market according to company policy and open new stores 3. Conducting lease negotiations and coordination with other departments to make store opened successfully 4. Asset Management and maintain good relationship with landlords 5.
