| 职位描述： | 职位描述：
1. 制定质量方针，确定质量目标，编制质量管理规章制度并监督实施。 2. 全面负责质量管理体系的制定和管理，组织实施质量管理体系的审核和认证工作。 3. 参与新产品的设计、验证和确认。 4. 负责生产过程中原材料、半成品、成品的质量监督及出厂检验工作，进行产品质量跟踪。 5. 对生产、检验记录进行归档管理。 6. 召开现场质量工作会议。 7. 负责就质量管理有关事宜与各级质量监督部门联络。 8. 对所属人员的工作进行督导和评价。 9. 制定年度质量工作培训计划，对全体员工进行质量培训。 10. 代表质量管理部门对上级主管部门负责。 职位要求： 1. 食品行业八年以上的质量工作经验，四年以上的质量管理工作经验 2. 大专以上学历，食品、检验或相关专业 3. 熟悉烘焙原料行业，了解预拌粉，改良剂的食品质量要求，并有烘焙工厂的工作背景。 4. 良好的沟通能力，中英文流利，善于分析与解决问题。 Job Description: -Responsibility for Company quality performance Report the summary of internal and external quality status weekly to General Manager Make companywide continue quality improvement program -Quality System Make sure company quality system to be Implemented and maintained. Provide quality system training -To be in charge of planning, organizing and directing the quality assurance activities in China -To lead inspection team to implement process control, should be familiar with all production process -To handle customer complains, defective analysis and conduct corrective actions -To liaise with internal Production/ Engineering Dept. to fix the quality issues -To arrange samples to perform reliability and safety testing -To identify on-going issues and makes recommendations to improve the capability of production tools Job Requirement: 1. Minimum 8 years experience in the Quality Engineering, with 4 years in managerial capacity 2. College education, Degree holder in food/inspection discipline 3. Experience in all kinds of Bakery industry including production, and processing controlling, testing and assembling. Familiar with pre-mix, improver and has Bakery Central Factory job experience. |
