| 职位描述： | Job Responsibilities:
Understand/ Validate & Activate the Unilever Employee Value Proposition via Different Channels: - Unilever Clubs: Support establishment of high quality/ high impact Unilever Clubs in all of our Target Campuses 1.Select the Club Co founding members (President...); 2.Define & Implement the curriculum/ key activities for the full year for each of the Unilever Clubs; 3.Manage related employer branding agency to provide service to Unilever on Clubs if necessary. - Business Competition: Make Unilever Business Competitions across Chinese Universities the most talked/ famous Competition 1.Work with SIFE to Plan & execute the Annual SIFE- Unilever Competition; 2.Other Business Competition. - Build World Class Digital Marketing Capability for Unilever in Employer Branding Space Job Requirements: 1.Bachelor degree or above; 2.Good understanding / insight of the employer branding trend on campus; 3.Extravert, energetic, creative and proactive in interacting with young generation; 4.Strong team player; 5.Good at communication, coordination and problem solving; 6.A self motivator with strong sense of responsibilities; 7.Proficiency in business English.
