| 职位描述： | Job Responsibilities:
1.After discussions with Project Leaders/Teams in Discover and GDC, to issue a global regulatory clearance forecast for those countries in which the project will be launched. Accomplishing this will require considerable interaction with the global regulatory affairs network, in order to obtain up-to-date information on each country and region. 2.To prepare regular global regulatory summaries for specific product areas. 3.Regularly share and communicate information on issues, issue management, and regulatory news to the global networks and internally within Research and GDC. 4.To provide technical input into the planning of global, clinical protocol designs. 5.Where relevant, to work along side the Regional Regulatory Affairs Director, and participate in relevant trade association activities. 6.To work with the Public Affairs /External Affairs teams to develop Unilever positions on issues of relevance to the category. 7.To manage specific ingredient related PR issues affecting the category. 8.The role, although located at a specific site, has responsibility for activities in more than one location. The challenges facing this person will be: - Developing and maintaining excellent working relations with global project leaders in Discover and the GDC, educating them on the value of involvement of Regulatory Affairs at all phases of the innovation funnel, but in particular at the concept stage. - Constantly developing and managing a network of regulatory contacts around the globe. Establish an early warning system so that new regulations can be flagged and understood quickly, in order that the implications can be determined and communicated rapidly. - To maintain excellent interfaces with amongst others: SEAC, Legal, Public Affairs /External Affairs, Marketing Managers, Supply Management and senior leaders in order to meet the needs of Development programs and the Business. - As necessary, to have direct contact with various external bodies including Regulatory Authorities, trade associations, and research organizations. Job Requirements: 1.Minimum BS in a science discipline, preferably an M.S. or PhD in Biological Science, Toxicology, Environmental Science or Chemistry. 2.5 years experience covering the development, research, and regulatory affairs functions and preferably a proven track record of working in an external environment (such as trade associations, Regulatory Authorities, etc.) 3.A working knowledge of the regulatory requirements that govern homecare or cosmetic industry, regionally and preferably globally. 4.Excellent Communication Skills, both verbal and written, are essential. In addition excellent Interpersonal skills are a fundamental requirement of these roles. Contacts will include senior business leaders, development chemists, marketing, legal, and regulatory affairs experts, so the ability to effectively communicate at all levels within the organization is required. 5.Knowledge of formulation chemistry is needed to help determine how regulations will impact formulations.
